[Android] When rendering path is set to forward, materials look glitched on Mali devices
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached reproduction project
2. Open and play the "test" scene
3. Notice that everything looks good (check "expected.png")
4. Build and run on Android device with Mali GPU
5. Notice that all materials look glitched (check "repro(gles 3.0).png")
Note:
- When changing to GLES 2.0 another behavior is obsorved (check "gles 2.0.png")
