Android Mali Vulkan does not render object after DepthCopyPass
URP Render Graph only.
Android Mali Vulkan only.
*Steps:*
1. Open attached project (AndroidMaliVulkanRenderObject.zip)
2. Switch to Android platform
3. Make sure PlayerSettings > Graphics API > Vullkan is on top
4. Build to Android phones with Mali GPU
*Expected:* Many grey cylinders and a blue rectangle box is rendered
*Actual:* Only renders the grey cylinders, blue box is missing
