[Android] [LWRP] [Vulkan] Enabling/disabling realtime light at runtime makes screen black
Steps to reproduce:
1) Download attached project and open in Unity
2) Make sure Graphics API is set to Vulkan
3) Build and Run _Complete-Game scene on a device
4) Press and hold on the mobile screen (this will trigger shooting effect)
Note: Screen will be black while touched
