[Android] [LWRP] [Vulkan] Build crashes when having any object in front of the Camera
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open user-supplied project ("AceTension.zip").
2. In the build settings select only in -> "Scenes In Build" -> acetension/Scenes/broken2.
3. Build.
Reproduced in: 2019.1.10f1, 2019.2.0b10, 2019.3.0a9.
Not reproduced in: 2017.4.30f1, 2018.4.4f1.
Notes:
Not reproducible on Windows Standalone.
Not reproducible on iOS.
Added a logcat containing the crash log.
Seems to reproduce only on Adreno 540 and Adreno 512 GPU's
