[Android] Lit Shader Artifacts occurs on Android when switching Quality Levels with "QualitySettings.SetQualityLevel" at runtime
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project “BugRepro.zip”
2. Build and Run for Android
3. Once the app is running, select the “To Battle!” button
4. Select the ProtoScene
5. Open the Menu > Options (at the top right corner)
6. Change Graphics to Quality, then back to Performance (repeat multiple times)
7. Select Close, then Resume
8. Observe the shader behaviour
Expected result: The shader continues to render correctly (i.e same as before)
Actual result: Some shaders render with grey strips or artifacts
Reproducible with: 2022.3.39f1, 6000.0.12f1
Couldn’t test with: 2021.3.41f1 (Entities package errors)

Resolution Note:
This is a duplicate of UUM-61728 which has been identified as an Adreno driver issue. A workaround patch on Unity's end has landed in Unity 6 and is being backported to 2022.3.
