Android Keyboard inconsistently does not fully expand when interacting with a TMPro Text Input Field
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user-attached “InputFieldBug.zip” Project
2. Build and Run with the “SampleScene” added
3. Press on the Input Field in the Player
Expected result: Text Input keyboard appears consistently
Actual result: Text Input keyboard inconsistently appears doesn’t fully expand and only the text input field is visible
Reproducible with: 2022.3.10f1, 2022.3.16f1, 2023.2.4f1, 2023.3.0a18
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.33f1, 2022.3.9f1
Couldn’t test with: 2023.3.0a19, 2023.3.0b1 (Gradle build fails, could not find why)

- Reproduction is inconsistent, repeat step 3 multiple times if the issue did not reproduce
- Not testing iOS due to no underlying cause found as to why it affects only Samsung Galaxy S23, and not other devices. Which shows the issue might be only affecting Samsung devices
