[Android] JNI related crash when launching application on Android 4.1 devices
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached "AndroidJavaTestNewer" project, build & run project to device
2. Once application is built, open it
Expected result: Application received and sent data number changes
Actual result: Application is unresponsive (with crash stack in logcat) or proper crash with message occurs
Fixed in - 2018.3.0a8
Reproducible with - 2018.3.0a7
Not reproducible with - 2017.4.8f1
