Android JDK, SDK, NDK incorrect installation from HUB
Steps to reproduce:
1. Install Editor with Android Build Support module and its submodules
2. Open new Unity projectÂ
3. Go to Edit -> Preferences -> External Tools
4. In External Tools, observe Android section's JDK/SDK/NDK installs
Expected result: No warnings
Actual result: "You are missing the recommended <...>. Install the recommended version using Unity Hub" warnings for all three installations
Reproducible with: 2022.2.0a18, 2022.2.0b12, 2023.1.0a16
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.41f1, 2021.3.12f1, 2022.1.21f1, 2022.2.0a17
