[Android] [iOS] [macOS] Inconsistent "CameraDepthTexture" behavior when using "ScalableBufferManager" across devices
How to reproduce:
1. Open the “CameraDepthRenderScaleBug.zip“ project
2. Open the “SampleScene“
3. Build and Run for Android
4. Move the Slider in the middle of the screen
Expected result: The top rectangle (opaque) and the bottom rectangle (depth) maintain their screen coordinates, the circles do not move
Actual result: The bottom rectangle shrinks to the bottom left corner
Reproducible with: 2021.3.50f1, 2022.3.60f1, 6000.0.43f1, 6000.1.0b11, 6000.2.0a7
Reproducible environment: macOS 15.3.1 (M4 Max), Windows 10 Pro (22H2), Windows 11 (Reporters)
Not reproducible environment: No other environment tested

- Reproducible with Vulkan and Metal (on reproducible devices), could not test OpenGLES3 the functionality needed to reproduce the issue is not present in the built APK
- Also the reporter mentioned that the issue affects other Adreno 630 GPU’s

Reproducible on Meta Quest 2/3 as well
