[Android] "Internal: deleting an allocation that is older than its permitted lifetime of 4 frames" message is logged once or multiple times per frame when OnDemandRendering.renderFrameInterval is set to 4 or more

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user’s attached “OnDemandRendering Test” project
2. Build and Run (File > Build And Run)
3. Observe the device’s logcat through the terminal or an external application

Expected result: There are no "Internal: deleting an allocation that is older than its permitted lifetime of 4 frames" messages
Actual result: "Internal: deleting an allocation that is older than its permitted lifetime of 4 frames” messages are logged once or multiple times per frame

Reproducible with: 2022.3.16f1, 2023.3.0b1
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.33f1, 2023.2.4f1, 6000.0.0b15

- The user reported that the issue does not occur in 2021.3.12f1
