Android, IL2CPP] "Failed to extract resources needed by IL2CPP" error dialog on opening the game
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a project.
2. File > Build Settings > Switch to Android
3. Build Settings > Player Settings > Scripting Backend > Change to IL2CPP
4. Build and run on the device.
Expected Result: Build should run on any android device:
Observed Result: "Failed to extract resources needed by IL2CPP" error dialog appears on launching the app.
Reproducible On: 2019.1.0a9, 2019.1.0a8
Not Reproducible On: 2019.1.0a7, 2018.3.0b10
Checked On devices: Meizu M5, Redmi Note4, Samsung Galaxy S8, Pixel2
Environment: Occurs only on mac
