[Android][IL2CPP] Building fails on a New Project set to IL2CPP
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a New Project
2. Switch to Android platform and set Scripting Backend to IL2CPP
3. Build Player
Actual Result: Build fails
Reproduced with: 2020.1.0a6, 2020.1.0a5
Did not reproduce on: 2020.1.0a4, 2019.3.0b5
Reproduces with: .NET 4.x and Standard 2.0
