[Android] Handheld.PlayFullScreenMovie skipping frames or does not play at all
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Build & Run to an Android device
3. Press the button and observe that the video does not play
Expected result: Handheld.PlayFullScreenMovie should play videos correctly on Android devices

Resolution Note:
Handheld.PlayFullScreenMovie is no longer under active development and we are planning to deprecate it in the near future. The same issue is not reproducible with the new video player (https://docs.unity3d.com/ScriptReference/Video.VideoPlayer.html).
