[Android][Graphics] Visual artifacts appear when a Terrain has "Draw Instanced" enabled
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user’s attached “TerrainTest.zip“ project
2. Build and Run for Android
3. Walk with the character using a joystick on the screen
Expected result: There are no visual artifacts
Actual result: Some flickering of the terrain or the background can be seen
Reproducible with: 2020.3.40f1, 2021.3.12f1, 2022.1.20f1, 2022.2.0b11, 2023.1.0a13
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.40f1

Note: It’s not 100% a regression, since reproduction is not consistent, but nonetheless I was unable to reproduce the issue on 2020.3.40f1: UPDATE (tim.aidley) I was able to reproduce this on 2020.3.40f1 on a Pixel 4.
