[Android][Graphics] Lines drawn using Vectrosity have incorrect color and endcaps on Tegra 3 devices
Reproduction steps:
1) Open project "VectrosityTegra"
2) Build scene "DrawLinesTouch" for Android
3) Run on a device with Tegra 3 chip
4) Draw on the screen with your finger
--- You will see a black line with square endcaps
--- It is white with round endcaps on other devices
