[Android] Gradle template isn't selectable when the folder contains both the enabled and disabled extensions of the template
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user’s attached “TEST_AGP” project
2. Open the “Publishing Settings” under Android Player Settings
3. Enable all the templates
4. Duplicate and add the “.DISABLED” extension to one of the templates in the file manager
5. Enable the selected template in Editor
Expected result: Some error or warning informing why the template cannot be disabled with file duplication. The duplicate file name isn’t altered
Actual result: The duplicate template “.gradle” extension added on top of “.DISABLED”
Reproducible with: 2020.3.41f1, 2021.3.13f1, 2022.1.22f1, 2022.2.0b15, 2023.1.0a18
Reproduced on: macOS 13.0 (Intel)
