[Android][GLES2]NVIDIA Shield Tablet crash on OPENGLES 2
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached"GraphicsPerf-master_FlorianFixes" project
2. Build "Lights" scene with OPENGLES2 Graphics API
3. Make sure Shadow Resolution is set to "High" or higher in Quality settings
4. Build and run on device with IL2CPP backend
5. Crash occurs during launch
Expected: Program should not crash
Actual: The app never finishes loading and crashes
