[Android] Features associated with the "Meta Quest feature group" do not get disabled when toggling "Meta Quest feature group" off
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "ReproProj"
2. Switch to Android Platform
3. Open the XR Plug-in Management tab in Project Settings (Edit > Project Settings > XR Plug-in Management)
4. Disable the “Meta Quest feature group” setting
5. Open the OpenXR tab in Project Settings (Edit > Project Settings > OpenXR)
6. Observe
Expected result: All Meta Quest features are disabled
Actual result: Only "Meta Quest Support" is disabled
Reproducible with: 0.1.2 (2021.3.42f1), 1.0.1 (2022.3.44f1), 2.0.1 (6000.0.17f1)
Reproducible on: Windows 10 Enterprise 21H2
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
