[Android][Docs] Update documentation on getting Unity generated manifest

Examining the resulting Android manifest section is out of date. Not only that there are multiple manifests since UaaL, but also it's ridiculous to tell people to catch temp files before they are deleted when they can export project. And, at least in trunk, the mentioned files don't exist in there at all.
