[Android] Directional Lightmaps break the default surface shaders when used on Android
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project “LightProject”
2. Build And Run on Android
3. Observe the “Plane” GameObject
Expected result: The texture grid is rendered on the Plane GameObject
Actual result: The texture grid is not rendered on the Plane GameObject (i.e. it is flat-grey)
Reproducible with: 2023.2.0a10, 2023.2.13f1, 2023.3.0b10
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.36f1, 2022.3.21f1, 2023.2.0a9
