Devices running Android L preview doesn't renders Chinese/Japanese fonts.
Preview versions of Android Lollipop were missing the Droid Sans Fallback font. This was later corrected by Google in the final version of Lollipop.

Got this problem on Nexus 7 2013 and Nexus 5 on Android 5.0.
CJK characters cannot be displayed on the two devices using dynamic font with the default Arial font.
We have to add a new font to solve the problem.

Got this problem today. Happens on Nexus 7 2013.
Nexus 7 2012 can render CJK text without problem on Android 5.0.
