[Android] Custom mask effect is not visible on devices with Vivante GC7000UL GPU
Reproduction steps:
1) Open attached project "MaskVivanteGC7000UL"
2) Build and run on a device
Expected result: You should see a sprite, half of it should be darker
Actual result: On Vivante GC7000UL GPU there is no darkening effect, the whole sprite is bright
