[Android] Crash on "/data/app/com.DefaultCompany.WebViewAndroid- 7uPuHQO4Grf2kpmRmcjRdg==/lib/arm64/libxul.so!libxul.so (offset 0x518000)" on Android devices when using WebView
How to reproduce:
1. Open the “IN_63344” project
2. Open the “SampleScene”
3. In the Build Settings press “Add Open Scenes”
4. In the “Run Device” dropdown, select the desired device
5. Press Build And Run
6. Observe the Player
Expected result: Player doesn’t crash
Actual result: Player crashes
Reproducible with: 2022.3.14f1, 2022.3.16f1, 2023.2.2f1, 2023.3.0a19
Not reproducible with: 2022.3.13f1
Couldn't test with: 2021.3.33f1 (due to errors in the Console)
Testing environment: Windows 10 Pro
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested

This issue is also found in 2021.3.33f1. If the fix is "under consideration" still it needs to be upgraded ASAP to a fix being tracked for 2021.3.X (ideally 2021.3.36 or 37). This issue is related to https://support.unity.com/hc/en-us/requests/1787399?page=1
