[Android] Crash on Android 14 when a developmement build is created with API Level 34
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project ”apiProject”
2. Open the “Player Settings > Player > Other Settings > Target API Level” and choose API Level 34
3. Build and Run on Android running OS 14
4. Observe the App behaviour
Expected result: The app run successfully
Actual result: The app crashes
Reproducible with: 2021.3.30f1, 2022.3.9f1, 2023.1.13f1, 2023.2.0b9, 2023.3.0a5
Reproducible with these devices:
VLNQA00460 - Google Pixel 6 (Pixel 6), CPU: Google Tensor (Whitechapel), GPU: Mali-G78, OS: 14
Not reproducible with these devices:

We just ran into this issue as well... Startup crash only happens on Android 14 targeting SDK Version 34. Hope to receive an update when it is fixed.
