[Android] Core libraries are not detected when they're just in the Asset folder when building App Bundle
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached "BuildTest.zip" project
2. Open the Build Settings
3. Make sure the Android Platform is selected
4. Make sure that "Build App Bundle" is checked
5. Build the project
Expected results: The project is built
Actual results: The build fails with the "launcher:checkReleaseDuplicateClasses" error
Reproducible with: 2020.3.21f1, 2021.1.28f1, 2021.2.1f1, 2022.1.0a14
Could not test with: 2020.2.7f1 and earlier because of the "FileNotFoundException: Temp\gradleOut\launcher\build\outputs\bundle\release\launcher-release.aab does not exist" error when building
