[Android] Closing app with an unfinished UnityWebRequest throws a Timeout while trying to pause the Unity Engine warning

Repro steps:
1. Open attached project
2. Build and Run on Android
3. Press the "UnityWebRequest & Quit" button
4. Observe the device's log

Actual: After a few seconds a "Timeout while trying to pause the Unity Engine." warning appears

Reproducible with: 2017.4.37f1, 2018.4.18f1, 2019.1.14f1, 2019.2.0a4
Not reproducible with: 2019.2.0a5, 2019.2.21f1, 2019.3.0a1, 2019.3.4f1

Tested and reproduced on these devices:
VLNQA00125, Google Pixel 2 (Pixel 2), Android 8.1.0, CPU: Snapdragon 835 MSM8998, GPU: Adreno (TM) 540
