[Android] Canvas with a single text is causing huge PostLateUpdate.PlayerUpdateCanvases spikes
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Build and run on Android with "Development build" & "Autoconnect Profiler" options checked
-Inspect spikes in CPU usage that PostLateUpdate.PlayerUpdateCanvases is responsible for
Not reproducible in Editor or Windows standalone
Reproduced on: 2018.3.6f1, 2019.1.0a14, 2019.2.0a6
Devices under test:
VLNQA00101, Samsung Galaxy Note8 (SM-N950U), Android 8.0.0, CPU: Snapdragon 835 MSM8998, GPU: Adreno (TM) 540
