Android build fails when Scripting Backend is set to IL2CPP
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “repro-project”
2. In Player Settings set Scripting Backend to IL2CPP
3. In Build Settings enable Development Build
4. Click Build
Expected result: Project build succeeds.
Actual result: Project build fails.
Reproducible with: 2022.2.8f1, 2023.1.0b5, 2023.2.0a4
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.45f1, 2021.3.19f1
Reproducible on: macOS 13.2 (Intel)
