[Android] Audio Clips are played with audible glitches when playing through Vivo Model phones

How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “Sound.zip” project
2. Open the Build Settings window (File → Build Settings)
3. Add the “SampleScene” to the Open Scenes list (“Add Open Scenes” Button)
4. Build and Run the Project on Android
5. Turn up the “Media” Sound on the used device
6. Press the “Play Sound” Button in the Player

Expected result: An Audio Clip is played without issues
Actual result: The Audio Clip is played but there are audible glitches heard

Reproducible with: 2021.3.31f1

Reproducible with these devices:
Vivo X20, CPU: Qualcomm SDM660 Snapdragon 660, GPU: Adreno 512 (User reported)
Vivo X9i, CPU: Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 MSM8953, GPU: Adreno 506 (User reported)

Not reproducible with these devices:
