[Android] ARFoundation hangs on launch after quitting a previous session with Application.Quit
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Launch app
3. Hit the back button to quit back to home screen
4. Launch app again
5. Observe that it hangs on a black screen when launching
Reproduced in: 2018.3.6f1, 2018.3.0b4
No repro: 2018.2.20f1

Fixed in 2.1.2 ARCore package which is verified for 2019.3 but which is compatible with 2018.3.
