I've got the same behavior with another project built with Unity 2019.4.35.f11 on Android 7 devices :
    - Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 (SM-T713), Android 7.0, CPU: Snapdragon 652, GPU: Adreno 510
    - Samsung Galaxy Tab A (SM-T550), Android 7.1.1, CPU: Snapdragon 410, GPU: Adreno 306
    - Motorola Nexus 6, Android 7.1.1, CPU: Snapdragon 805, GPU: Adreno 420

Should I submit a new report for it to be looked into or could the same project be checked against Android 7 devices?
