[Android] App crashes when adding post processing with 'TransparentFX' Layer selected.
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached user's project 'Strategy.zip'
2. Build and Run the application on an Android device
Expected results: The app does not crash after the splash screen
Actual results: The app crashes after the splash screen
Reproducible with: 3.1.1 (2021.1.0a7, 2021.2.0a4, 2021.1.23f1)
Not reproducible with: 3.1.1 (2019.4.31f1, 2020.3.19f1, 2021.1.0a6, 2021.2.0a5, 2021.2.0b14, 2022.1.0a11)
