[Android] App crashes when adding post processing with 'TransparentFX' Layer selected.

How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached user's project ''
2. Build and Run the application on an Android device

Expected results: The app does not crash after the splash screen
Actual results: The app crashes after the splash screen

Reproducible with: 3.1.1 (2021.1.0a7, 2021.2.0a4, 2021.1.23f1)
Not reproducible with: 3.1.1 (2019.4.31f1, 2020.3.19f1, 2021.1.0a6, 2021.2.0a5, 2021.2.0b14, 2022.1.0a11)

VLNQA00001, Google Pixel 2 (Pixel 2), Android 11, CPU: Snapdragon 835 MSM8998, GPU: Adreno (TM) 540

Not reproducible with these devices:

- Reproducible only when 'TransparentFX' Layer is selected in Post-process Layer component
- App does not crash on reproducible device with not reproducible Unity versions, but the textures are not loaded (black screen)
