[Android] App crashes on launch when "Render Over Native UI" setting is used on devices with Android 8.0
Repro steps:
1. Open attached project
2. Make sure the Target API Level is set to 27 or above
3. Make sure the "Render Over Native UI" option is checked in Player Settings -> Resolution and Presentation
4. Build and Run on Android
Actual: Application crashes on launch
Reproducible with: 2017.4.32f2, 2018.4.8f1, 2019.2.5f1, 2019.3.0a1
Not reproducible with: 2019.3.0a2, 2019.3.0b3, 2020.1.0a4
