[Android] Thread.Sleep inconsistencies on some systems when LoadingScene
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open user attached project
2. Build & Run on Android
3. Observe that animation did not play from the beginning when the scene was loaded
Expected result: Animator.Play should start after the scene is loaded
Reproduced in: 2019.1.0a8, 2018.3.0b10, 2018.2.16f1, 2017.4.15f1, 2017.3.0p1
