Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “VideoTest” project
2. Build and run the Player (File > Build And Run)
3. Turn on the device’s internet connection
4. Observe the Player

Expected result: A video is playing
Actual result: No video is playing and the “AndroidVideoMedia: Could not create decoder for mime type video/dolby-vision.” error is logged in the logcat

Reproducible with: 2021.3.36f1, 2022.3.21f1, 2023.2.14f1, 6000.0.0b12

Reproducible environment: MacOS Sonoma 14.3.1 (Intel), MacOS Ventura 13.5.1 (M2) (user’s)
