[Android] An application crashes if Development Build is enabled, on device which has 4.2.2 OS and VideoCore IV HW gpu
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "ReproProjezt.zip";
2. Enable Development Build in Build settings;
3. Build the scene "test" on Android platform;
Actual result: the application crashes on the device.
Expected result: the application should not crash on the device.
Note: the application only crashes if Development Build is enabled. If it is disabled, the app opens normally. The issue appears on devices which have 4.2.2 OS.
Reproduced with: 5.4.5p3, 5.5.4p1, 5.6.1p4, 2017.1.0b10, 2017.2.0a4

Can you give a hint on what is the problem? Can we have the ReproProjezt.zip download accesible to test it? We are having some issues with a Samsung s4 with 4.2.2 and it would be great to test if it is the same issue or not.
