[Android] All PlayerSettings Presets are updated when altering the "Texture compression format" field in the PlayerSettings
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “IN-16501” project
2. Select the “PS_1” PlayerSettings Preset in the Project Browser
3. Alter the “Texture compression format” field to any value under Android section in the Inspector
Expected result: “Texture compression format” field value is changed only for “PS_1” Preset
Actual result: “Texture compression format” field value is changed for “PS_2” Preset and the active PlayerSettings setting, even though no Preset is selected
Reproducible with: 2021.3.12f1, 2022.1.20f1, 2022.2.0b12, 2023.1.0a15
Couldn’t test with: 2020.3.40f1 (the setting isn’t featured)
Reproduced on: macOS 12.5 (Intel), Windows 11
Note: Saving the project configuration causes “Multiple managers are loaded of type: PlayerSettings” to be thrown
