[Android 9] GL_INVALID_OPERATION thrown when texture.ReadPixels is called
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open QA attached project*
2. Build and run on Android 9 device
3. Press 'Take Photo'
-- "OPENGL NATIVE PLUG-IN ERROR: GL_INVALID_OPERATION: Operation illegal in current state" thrown
Reproduced on: 2018.2.4f1, 2018.3.0a9
*Note: Project requires Vuforia support

This is going to sound odd, but setting anti-aliasing to disabled in the graphics settings. This worked for us.
OpenGLES 2.0, android 9 on Pixel and Pixel 2. Unity 2018.1.5
