[Android] 2xMSAA does not work on Mali devices when Post Processing is enabled

--

-

How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "MSAA_Test 2.zip"
2. Build and Run on Android
3. When the app loads, select "2x" from dropdown window to enable MSAA
4. Make sure the checkbox is checked (this enables Post Processing)
5. Place device in landscape mode and observe the corner of box in the bottom left corner (this is the easiest place to spot the pixels)

Expected result: The corners are pixelated
Actual result: The corners are smooth without noticeable pixels

Reproducible with: 2019.4.38f1, 2020.3.33f1, 2021.3.0f1, 2022.1.0b16, 2022.2.0a11
