Anchor Rotation values disappear when scaling Inspector Window
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Select in the Hierarchy Game Object "Child"
3. Observe Inspect Anchor Rotation when scaling Inspector Window
Expected result: Anchor Rotation values jump under the "Anchor Rotation" name
Actual result: Anchor Rotation values disappear
Reproduced with: 2020.3.26f1, 2021.2.8f1, 2022.1.0b3, 2022.2.0a1
Not reproduced with: 2020.3.25f1, 2021.2.7f1, 2022.1.0b2
Could not test with: 2019.4.32f1 (no Articulation Body component)
