An Exception is raised when using System.Data.ODBC
How to reproduce:
1. Open the "SampleScene" Scene in the attached "Text.zip: Project
2. Enter Play Mode
3. Observe the Console
Expected Behaviour: The Editor performs connection without Exceptions
Actual Behaviour: The Editor raises an Exception
Reproducible with: 2018.4.3f1, 2019.1.7f1, 2019.2.0b6, 2019.3.0a6
