An empty folder with build name is required when building for OSX on Windows
To reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Create scene
3. Build scene for OSX
Expected: scene will be built in selected/created folder
Actual: you must to select created folder to be able to build the scene.
Regression started in 5.5
Note: if folder is chosen, there will be created another folder with an identical name and .app extension parallelly to the folder.
Reproduced on: 5.5.0b1,f3, 5.5.2p1, 5.6.0b10
Not reproduced on: 5.4.4f1
