An emoji is not shown in the UI Builder Viewport and the Game view when it is placed in the Labels text attribute and Usage Hints is set to Dynamic Color
How to reproduce:
1. Open the “ReportBug“ project
2. Open the “969-UIToolkit-Blending“ scene
3. Open the “Window > UI Toolkit > UI Builder“ window
4. Open the “UIDocument969.uss“ in the UI Builder window
5. In the UI Builder Inspector open the “ColorEmojiOpaqueDynamic“ label
6. In the Attribute section change Usage Hints to Dynamic Color
7. Observe the Viewport
Expected result: The red rhombus emoji is visible in the Viewport
Actual result: The red rhombus emoji is not visible in the Viewport
Reproducible with: 2023.2.0a18, 6000.0.1f1
Could not test with: 2021.3.38f1 (could not resolve the Console errors)
Not reproducible with: 2022.3.28f1, 2023.2.0a17
Reproducible on: macOS 13.5.2 (Intel), Windows 10 (User’s)
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested

- The missing red rhombus can also be observed in the Game view
