An artifact is visible in the Console's Clear button when Windows display resolution is set to 150%
How to reproduce:
1. In the Windows Display settings set scaling to 150%
2. Create and open a new project
3. Observe the 'Clear' button in the Console window
Expected result: no artifact is visible
Actual result: an artifact is visible (next to letter 'C')
Reproducible with: 2018.4.0f1, 2018.4.15f1
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.36f1, 2019.2.0a1, 2019.2.18f1, 2019.3.0f5, 2020.1.0a19
