[AMD] Crash on GfxDeviceD3D12Base::DrawBuffersCommon when enabling Path Tracing in HDRP sample scene

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “BugRepro” project
2. Open the “Scenes/SampleScene” Scene in the Project window
3. Select “Lighting/Volumes/Volume Global” GO in the Hierarchy window
4. Press “Add Override” in the Inspector window
5. Select the “Ray Tracing/Path Tracing” option
6. Check the checkbox and set “State” to “Enabled” under the “Path Tracing” component

Expected result: Path Tracing is enabled
Actual result: The Editor crashes

Reproducible with: 2021.3.34f1, 2022.3.17f1, 2023.2.6f1, 2023.3.0a10
Fixed in: 2023.3.0a11

Reproducible on: Windows 10 (RX 6800XT)
Not reproducible on: Windows 11 (GTX 1650)
