[AmbientColor] Ambient light is not shown after baked data is cleared
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open the 'lighting_bug_test' scene
3. Bake the scene
4. Clear the baked data
5. Notice there are no ambient light present in the scene and changing it's color has no effect
6. Save the scene and open a new one
7. Reopen 'lighting_bug_test' scene
8. Notice the ambient color is now shown correctly
