[ShortcutManager] Alt + Shift + A shortcut does not toggle a gameobject's active state
Alt+Shit+A is making the Assets menu appear rather than toggling a gameobject's active state.
Regressed somewhere between 2018.3.0a1 ~ 2018.3.0a6.
Observed on windows.
