Alpha channel cutoff is ignored on specific device
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open Test scene
3. Build and run Test scene on device
Actual result: alpha cutoff is ignored
Expected result: tree leaves look exactly the same as in editor
Reproduced only on HTC One M7
Reproducible: 5.3.4p4, 5.4.3f1, 5.5.0f1, 5.6.0a3
Not reproducible: 5.3.4p3
Note: graphics API OpenGLES2 works correctly
