All my connections dissapeared

Good news! Thanks to Yuono's report, I believe I have found & fixed the undo bug for good. :D

Thanks everyone for your incredible patience and understanding on this. After a year of not being able to reproduce it, all it took was 1 day of work and 3 lines of code to fix it. Crazy how reproduction steps change everything!
