All Console logs are not selected when using Select All option from Edit menu
How to reproduce:
1. Open user's "Console" project
2. Open "SampleScene" Scene
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Open Console (Window->General->Console)
5. In the Console select second log
6. Select all by going Edit->Select All
Expected result: All Console logs are selected
Actual result: All Console logs are not selected
Reproducible with: 2017.4.40f1, 2018.4.23f1, 2019.3.14f1, 2020.1.0b9, 2020.2.0a11
Note: Using keyboard shortcut CTL+A it selects all of the Console logs

Resolution Note:
Edit menu selection options were not meant to work with Console logs, only Ctrl+A keyboard shortcut was added to work with Console logs in 2020.1
